Gran Vía Alcorcón

The project consists on the transformation of the industrial area of San Jose de Valderas, located in Alcorcón. Leganés road is the main conectión betwen the residential part of Alcorcón and the industrial area, so the main idea is to use that road to connect both spaces, using different typologies where work and living co-exist in the same building.

The ground level of the industrial buildings is now used as an space for the development of different courses, activities, lectures and studies, and it's also the connection with the higher levels of the same buildings, where the residential part is located. The residential part is developed in a different way depending on where it is located.
