Ciudad Universitaria is one of the biggest spaces where students past most of their time. Due to that many festivals take part in this area of the city of Madrid, which is really close to Moncloa but close enough to nature too. The aim of the project is to find the spaces of opportunity to develope a festival for 50.000 people.

There are two different proposals for this kind of event, both of them taking the techno music as the centre of the festival. The first possibility consist on developing the festival in the parking located under the square of Ramón y Cajal, in the middle of CIU. That space has only 2 out of 5 floors opened nowadays, that why is the perfect space of opportunity to develope a techno event related with the "parkineo". The only way to enter to the festival is going by car and everything there is related with the vehicles and the techno music that you can usually listen to at any "parkineo" party.

The other possibility talks about different spaces of opportunity that we can find in the inside and outside of the buildings in CIU, where usually lectures and classes take place. Nobody knows the place until the event is close to its start and each artist is located in a space that has some kind of relationship with its music and personality.
