Mostenses square is one of the main points in the back part of Gran Via. Located in the centre of Madrid, this square actually has a market in a really bad condition. The aim of the project is to change the way products are sold and produced in the city. Because of that the project has a big space for different cultives, where the workers of the new office can spent some time and disconnect of their rutine. All that products are sold "downstair" in the new market located in the ground floor of the office building.

The space is not big enough to catch light through their windows, that's why the whole façade is covered with vegetation and all the spaces are opened to the interior patios that are opened to catch the light and divide the interior space of the office.
